The New Continental Hotel is a wedding venue in Plymouth, licensed to hold civil ceremonies enabling you to enjoy your whole day under one roof and our beautiful space is the perfect backdrop to say ‘I do’.

The ceremonies are held in either our Green Room or Athena Room, depending on your guest numbers and preference. Our Green Room caters for ceremonies of up to 50 guests, whilst our Athena Room can hold from 50-120 comfortably.

The room hire charge for civil ceremonies and partnerships is £350 for 2024/25; this includes chair covers and sashes for up to 40 guests (Additional chair covers and sashes can be added for an extra £3.00 per additional chair required.)
